Yes — installation is completely free for all residential FTTH packages. Our technicians run the fibre cable to your home and set up your router at no extra charge.

Absolutely. You can upgrade (or downgrade) your package at any time by contacting our customer care team on 0769 444 000. Changes typically take effect from the next billing cycle.

No long-term contracts. Our packages are billed monthly, giving you full flexibility. You can pause or cancel at any time by notifying us at least 7 days before your renewal date.

Never. All Kwote packages include unlimited data with no speed throttling at any time of day. What you subscribe to is what you get — consistently.

We accept M-Pesa payments. Our team will send you payment instructions after your installation is confirmed. You can also reach our accounts team at accounts@kwotecom.co.ke for any billing queries.
